Apparently not. Context is essential.
It’s been interesting going through work that’s several years old. Much of it doesn’t exist anymore. Gone. Vanished. All that hard work, thinking, stressing… poof. It’s a nice reminder of what’s important, and the reality of the ever-evolving web. A lot of this junk is just temporary.
Gunkanjima: Ruins of a Forbidden Island
Gunkanjima – every urban explorer’s dream. A deserted island of concrete ruins slowly crumbling away off the West coast of Japan. Beautiful. I love photography of urban and industrial decay.

The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us.
Interesting talk by Dan Pink, animated by Andrew Park. I think the findings and ideas align very well with a lot of the thinking behind running a co-op. So I’m not that surprised, but it’s still interesting stuff. The accompanying illustrations make the talk very engaging.
